It’s been a busy day here with prepping for Christmas, cleaning the house, and getting ready for my son’s kindergarten holiday party…coming up on Thursday. I am happy that I am one of the room mom’s and decided to whip up these cute printables for the party.
First on the agenda was wrapping the water bottles with these cute labels. I wanted to go with something “fun and festive” and thought that the kids would get a kick out of these different “legs”. Santa, Mrs. Claus, a boy elf, a girl elf, and a gingerbread boy are just hanging around waiting for the party. My lovely assistant (aka my 2.5 year old daughter) helped me get these ready.
Although I didn’t take photos of the prep, but all you do is print on white copy paper, trim to size, and either tape or use a small amount of glue to hold them on. These bottles are a little fatter than the normal ones I buy (these are from costco) so paper just barely touch on the back side. I cheated and used tape but if I had more time and wanted a clean line, I’ve used a small amount of glue.
Next up on the agenda are the bags of “reindeer food”. In keeping with the theme, I used the reindeer legs on the front of the tag and a sweet little poem (that you can find anywhere online if you google) on the back side.
For the “food”, I used basic oats, some red/white/green sprinkles, and then some glitter/dust for a little shimmer. I think most people keep it “edible” but I wanted the sparkle.
Wishing you all a very Happy Holidays!
